Terms and Conditions for “ International Women’s Day ” Campaign

  • The Motherly Love Enterprise (“ML”) “International Women’s Day” Campaign (“Campaign”) starts on 27 Feb 2019 and ends on 10 March 2019, both dates inclusive unless notified otherwise (“Campaign Period”).   

  • This Campaign is open to all new and existing customers of ML (the “Customers”).

Free Credit:

  • Customers will earn RM10 credit for every RM100 spent on items during the Campaign Period.    
  • Once the customers have made payment to the order during the Campaign Period, the system will automatically offer the RM10 credit for every RM100 spent into the customer’s account in Motherly Love. Customers can utilize the credit earned in your next purchase in the Website.  

  • Example: You will get RM10 credit for every RM100 spent on items.  If the total amount purchased is RM150 (exclude delivery fees), RM10 will be given.
  • The delivery fees or transaction fees does not include in the total amount spent.

  • Payment must be made in full prior to the delivery of the items to your mailing address.  

  • In the event the payment is not made within three (3) days from the date on which purchase order is placed, it shall be deemed that the order has been cancelled, and the relevant order shall be automatically cancelled.

  • All props, accessories or equipment featured in any pictorial materials are for decorative purposes only.

  • ML reserves the right to amend, alter, modify or delete the terms and conditions of the Campaign herein wholly or in part, at any time or from time to time and such changes shall be communicated to Customers via notice at the website (www.motherlylove.com.my) or any other mode of communication.

  • For the avoidance of doubt, cancellation, termination, suspension or extension of the Campaign and /or the Campaign Period and variation to the terms and conditions of the Campaign shall not entitle the Customers to any claims or compensation against ML for any and all losses or damages suffered or incurred by the Customers as a direct or indirect result of the act of cancellation, termination, suspension or extension or amendments by ML.

  • ML’s decision on all matters relating to this Campaign will be final and binding on all Customers, and no correspondences will be entertained.
